Playbook template (sample)¶

This is the contract for every PartlyGood playbook. It is owned jointly with the Research & Playbook track (PAR-4), which owns the full template design; this page keeps it discoverable from the publication.

Structure¶

1. Front matter — title, type, field, status, dates, slug, quality.
2. AI usage statement — one blockquote at the top stating exactly what the AI does, what the human owns, and what must be verified.
3. What you will do — outcomes, not activities.
4. Before you start — prerequisites and inputs.
5. Steps — numbered, each with a concrete prompt or procedure plus a check of the expected output.
6. Review checklist — verification gates before acting on output.
7. Run it — time, frequency, and storage conventions.
